New Siam III Guest House

Absolutely fantastic location because it’s close to fun activities and a very busy street with lots of activities like massage, parlors, boutiques, nail salons, Taylors, lots of places to eat ATMs 711s, really good central location. The room was very simple small and clean. The staff were very nice and even let us keep our luggage downstairs during the day after we checked out. If you need a place to crash at night after exploring Bangkok, this is the perfect spot. We will recommend it to our friends.

The staff was very friendly, especially one girl from the check in desk, with a very big smile. The hotel is a bit old but very clean, still pleasant. I stayed there a couple of times and tried different rooms, they were pretty much the same standard. room size was medium to small but still cozy and not claustrophobic

Location was amazing, everything was always clean. They allowed me to check in earlier, that was really nice

It was very close to many bars / restaurants, but it was also quiet in our room. It was also one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed -- the room was spotless. I liked the tea kettle & fridge in the room and felt the price was very fair. The folks that work there are also very nice.

Great location, very friendly staff, very clean hotel. Located in the old town in a little street with lots of choices for restaurants, bars, and there are street vendors, too. Close to the Great Place, and Museum. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in the room was great to have. I liked the decoration, too. Firm mattress - my favorite. There's a luggage lift.
